Crap customer service + policies
Terrible customer service. Renogy has the worst policies for returns known to man. I was delivered a faulty product, they 'advised' me to dispose of it myself, and they could send me a new one. WTF? I asked for a manager three seperate times on three seperate calls to get a courier sorted to collect the broken panel, and shock horror, they were unavailable each and every time. Take ur money elsewhere, no respect for customer service will be found here.
