They were suppose to charge monthly…
They were suppose to charge monthly $10, For some reason I went into my account and got three charges totaling $439.75. I contacted them because there is no phone number, after 20emails back and forth they stated that they are refunding me $319.87 because they cannot find the third amount and said that I HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT. you can't make this up, I showed them my bank statement and they still said they cannot find the third charge....Now what? I'm not getting a response now.
