Excellent Customer Service via Mark B
I realized I had a small issue with my guitar shipment 6 months after I received it. Obviously out of the 30 day reporting period. Mark B in consumer relations was great!! He gathered my info, figured out what was going on, and took care of it in a couple of days!!! Can not thank him enough!!! Mark B (I think he's in Arizona) makes me want to buy yet ANOTHER Fender!!
