A Delivery Company That Doesn’t Deliver Responsibly
Intelcom is, in my opinion, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. This is now the THIRD time one of my packages has been stolen because your driver completely ignored the delivery instructions I provided. I specifically leave clear instructions to prevent theft, yet my packages keep getting left in an unsafe, visible location. If your drivers aren’t going to read or follow delivery instructions, why even ask customers to provide them? Three stolen packages is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a repeated failure to provide even the most basic level of service. I’ve wasted hours dealing with customer support, requesting replacements, and waiting for items that should have arrived safely in the first place. Your drivers’ lack of attention has cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and resulted in repeated theft of my deliveries. A delivery company’s job is to get packages to customers safely, and based on my experience, Intelcom has failed to do that again and again. After three stolen packages, I have completely lost confidence in Intelcom. I will avoid ordering from any retailer that uses this company whenever possible, and I would strongly caution others based on my experience. Respect your customers, train your drivers to follow delivery instructions, and start taking responsibility when your service repeatedly fails.
