This company should be avoided
This company should be avoided. Their pricing is NOT transparent-- the fees are >100% the cost of the actual train ticket! This is NOT written on their site, and they will not acknowledge that this is fraudulent. Although the customer service is quick to respond, they are dismissive, repetitive, and cover up the fraud with legal language that makes no sense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UPDATE: After posting the above review I was contacted by RailNinja, and had all of my fees refunded. They are evidently working to make their fee structure more transparent, but in the meantime, please be aware that you are likely to pay much higher fees using this company than if you go directly to the train site of the country of interest. I highly recommend The Man in Seat 61. This is by far the most comprehensive train site I know of, and I wish I had thought to look there first before choosing RailNinja.
