So Glad I decided to use Lodgify
I recently switched to Lodgify to manage my vacation rental business, and the experience has been excellent from the very beginning. I was expecting the setup process to be overwhelming, especially with multiple booking channels, but Lodgify made it much easier than I anticipated. The biggest reason for that was my onboarding agent Julia R. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive throughout the onboarding process. She walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood not just how to use the platform, but how to get the most out of it. I never felt rushed, and her guidance gave me confidence that everything was set up correctly. The features that have already saved me the most time are the channel management and centralized calendar. Being able to manage my listings, pricing, availability, and reservations from one place instead of logging into multiple platforms is a huge time saver. If you're considering Lodgify, I'd absolutely recommend it. The software is powerful, but what really made the difference for me was the onboarding experience. Having someone like Julia to guide you through the setup made the transition smooth and stress-free.
