Can't reach customer service via phone or email
Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of customer service. Emailed them because they weren't answering phones about a week ago because they had a promo and I wanted to see if I could get it applied to my autoship order in the form of some kind of credit because it was $50 savings. They never answered. Whatever. Decided to take the loss. Then, my $445 worth of Simparica was "delivered" today, but it wasn't. There were no packages delivered to my home. Called customer service again because i need to rectify it and no one answers even during the times listed. At this point, I feel like the company is a scam. Beware.
