Don't believe the '2 day delivery' claims
I ordered two items on 4th July, for 2-day delivery on 7th. On 11th July, one of the items eventually showed up, the other was still showing at 'Preparing for Shipment" After multiple chats with customer service reps, they told me they would 'open a ticket to investigate and get back to me by 21st July. (the missing item is still being offered for delivery by 16th!) Now my order status simply says "Delayed" with no further details. This is just a dreadful customer service experience.
