No payment receive after 1 month
Very bad experience with Compasia. Today 02 February 2026 it has been over a month,I was informed that payment would be made within 14 working days after the device was received. my 2 devices has been handed over and accepted with their referrence given MYCAM25085873 & MYSMMY25023094 but as of today (more than a month), I still have not received any payment. customer service is completely unresponsive. I’ve reached out multiple times through the provided channels but no reply, no update, nothing. customer service officer replied that payment is in process and will expected credit to my account latest by next week which is 25 January 2026 but until now 02 February 2026 I still haven't receive any payment. email checked about the payment status again customer service is completely ignore my email.
