Stolen money from credit card
Very bad customer service. The support team is extremely slow and unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved. I was charged USD 300 without receiving a refund, even though the billing plan clearly showed USD 10. This charge was unexpected and not properly explained, and despite contacting support multiple times, I did not get a refund or a clear response. This experience was very disappointing and misleading. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
