strongly advise against buying from this company
I ordered a Pilates Reformer from Ciga Pilates, shipped from China to Germany. The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks, and I received a 20% discount. Communication was good at first, then nothing for 8 weeks. After I followed up, I was told the item was in transit. Later, after 10 weeks, I was informed that it is stuck in German customs with no clear delivery timeline. As an alternative, I was offered to buy another reformer (different model, but in stock in Germany) at a discount, deliverable immediately, and recommended to resell it later when the original reformer would arrive. This felt highly unprofessional and questionable. Overall, a very poor experience with bad communication and handling. 👉 I would strongly advise against buying from this company.
