Everything was fast and smooth. I initially ordered iPhone 15 plus but not even two days after i checked out my order i receive a call to notify that my initial order was out of stock. The person that called me was also very helpful to guide me through on what other options i have. And soon after that i received an email confirming the change of my order with confirmation that I will receive refund. And i received my device i think like 4 or 5 days after my initial order which was much more quicker than i anticipated. And i did also receive my refund money like a week after i got my device All in all for me it was a smooth and effective process, though i would definitely appreciate it if you guys could give more heads up or like updates on my the process. But other than that it's all good! Thank you for your service :)
