Excellent technical support - Problem solved
I encountered an issue with HTTP DCV validation for an institutional subdomain. Despite my server logs showing successful bot access, the dashboard wouldn't update. Mitch Keyster stepped in and resolved the issue promptly. He demonstrated great technical expertise and understood the specifics of my setup (third-level subdomain without a "www" record).
