Staff were helpful
Staff were helpful, got my gift early too in time for my girlfriend’s birthday, super thankful for that to the team. Small downside is that you used to be always able to connect with the team via the chatbot, but recently, the chatbot will just create a ticker for your matter and you will have to wait. Would be nice to be able to connect to the staff members faster.
