Same as everyone else. After approval, I promised funds within 24 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. They claim that they can only email the finance dept and cannot speak directly with them. (Which is comical and a lie) when you request to cancel the loan, they only send you an ACH revocation sheet but it still says you're responsible for the payments on the loan you've never been funded for
