They claim that they can only email the finance dept and cannot speak directly with them. (Which is comical and a lie) when you request to cancel the loan, they only send you an ACH revocation sheet but it still says you're responsible for the payments on the loan you've never been funded for
Signed documents, loan approved. Never got funds. Terrible service. Would not trust this company with any business whatsoever and the interest rate is shameful. Look at other options. Lend Nation, Net Credit. Anything is better than these crooks

I never received my loan so I’m reporting them before they try to steal money out of my account
I never got my loan was approved on June 11 and called back five times spoke to different people and all they could do was send a note to the funding team which never responded. I called again this morning to have it canceled due to not receiving the loan or a response from the funding team to try to rectify the situation. Very very poor customer service on the funding team. Monique tried her best and apologized but her hands were tied. Use this company at your own risk.

Slow with funds. Last time took almost 2 weeks. This time we are on day 3 after the initial email that said 24 banking hours! But I bet they take their payment on time.
Horrible awful scam don’t use their services
I was approved for $500 on Friday, 2/20 and told it would be deposited in 24 hours. According to documents I signed it said Monday, 2/23. On Monday no deposit or loan was in my account. I have called every day that week and they have told me they are checking into, customer service have been nice but I still have not received the loan or any answers. But online, it sure has my 1st re-payment scheduled. I am so disappointed. I had bills that were planned to be paid with that money.
I applied for a loan and was approved, I signed the documents but I never received any money deposited into my account, after not receiving a deposit I told them to cancel, I thought everything was ok until I received an email stating that an upcoming payment was due, I called and told them I hadn't received any money that it was cancelled, now I'm being told that I have to download a form and sign it and fax it back because their system doesn't know that the deposit wasn't made, I'll just go to my bank and stop payments on it, I was reading other reviews and was saying that I have dealt with King of Kash before and haven't had any trouble with them until now, King of Kash you are not getting my money to repay something I never received.

Told a different amount I was approved for then changed it then kept changing the funding date no answer when you call so I cancelled loan
