I never got my loan
I never got my loan was approved on June 11 and called back five times spoke to different people and all they could do was send a note to the funding team which never responded. I called again this morning to have it canceled due to not receiving the loan or a response from the funding team to try to rectify the situation. Very very poor customer service on the funding team. Monique tried her best and apologized but her hands were tied. Use this company at your own risk.
