Good Service
The company had gave me a chance by letting me borrow a loan. If I can't make the payments, I just called in three business days of my payment date to make arrangements. Lastly, they reward you for making timely payments which is a great asset.

The thing that hit most was customer service would not tell me the interest rate when I asked. When she told me the payments I gave birth on my living room floor. Now she did lower the payments where they were more manageable.

We need Polar bears
The application process was not overly complicated. I like being notified when payments are due. The terms of the loan fit my budget for repayment and the rewards are appreciated to bring down the total coast of the loan. Customer service was friendly and helpful to address technical difficulty.

First the associate was very kind. That means the world to me. She was also very knowledgeable, and it was fast. The online app also has great rewards that are a point system. I just started and im getting 6.00 dollars off my next payment.
