Tania was extremely helpful. Kierra was also a really good help as well. These ladies are both professional, efficient, and kind. I love the dynamic of being helpful to each other in this work environment also. They are definitely filling gaps and helping each other to be efficient in this office

Well for one thing if you need to get a loan don't go through this one they talk all good to you then boomdrop the bomb on they make you think you going to get the loan then comes the best part they need your bank info but the only thing they want is your bank login information you password just happened to me and I reported that ass to the FBI for fraud and scam people listen don't use them

I took out a loan because I missed work for a few days to move when my lease expired. I got approved for $600 then it was changed to $200 when a human being was involved but I took it needing funds for food to feed my kids! The loan cost $100 for 1 month. I keep my card locked so when the payment was repeatedly tried earlier then scheduled it wouldn’t be processed so when the payment was processed on the correct date it went through and i was still receiving messages telling me that I need to pay immediately. I never received any receipt for my payment or pay off I received messages from MLC saying that they would help me with a loan next time but the 1st chance they had to deny me they did for not having a good credit history with them. The loan was paid off in full by 1 month and it’s the 1st company that uses paying back loan is the reason for denial. I believe from my experience the underwriting department determines that they want or don’t want based upon if they feel like it or if they’re having a bad day then denial! Also any company that is willing to lie to customers in text and email it is not one to trust. It’s the 1st time repayment of loan is why I don’t get approved. Any other loan I have had and even being a couple months late before paying off due to my mom getting brain cancer last year and I got another loan higher after the late repayment. They don’t loan out what you 1st get approved for. The cost of the loan is the highest like borrowing $200 cost $100 and they lie to get you to use the service by saying you are getting more and lie about your being able to get another loan to rip people off quick and get rid of them.
Money is fast but cost is literally the definition of predatory lending! Took out 200 for less than 8 days and with fees had to pay back 280!
I have nothing negative to say about MLC. I've used them 3 or 4 times with no issues. Customer service is great.
The whole process was quick and painless. They have knowledgeable staff to answer your questions. I definitely recommend them.

You get money quick from them but after that there is nothing positive about this company. Terrible customer service, they find any way to take money out of your account without notice. When you contact them they just say you authorized it without any sympathy. They question everything and won't revoke their authorization to auto debit even after requesting multiple times. They don't care if you overdraft your account as long as they get their money. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

My credit score is poor and MLC helped me out when really no one else would. Customer service was and is always attentive and helpful and I would recommend MLC to anyone interested.

Everything was good. The application process was quick. Funding was quick. But this month, when the money wasn't available for my payment, they withdrew my payment from my savings account, which isn't authorized in the contract. That's illegal and I will be reporting them.

Marcie and Iyana always show respect and are utterly courteous. My process is always through cash app so they are always patient with me and try to help in any way possible. My last visit was extremely helpful because I could have borrowed more based on my income, but I was advised to be cautious and everything worked out. Worse customer service ever! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not have a problem when I got my first loan. The second time I tried to get a loan. The woman answered the phone lied and gave me three different reasons why I was not approved after a different person told me I was eligible. Will not be using their services again. I do not recommend them at all.

I’m pretty convinced all these reviews are bots. I tried to be patient with this place but here is the experience. You apply in “minutes” they take 2 days if you’re lucky and your application doesn’t get kicked out of their system. They usually deny you after signing because there isn’t enough information even though they don’t ask you for anything. Then if you’re lucky you have to apply again and then they say that your account couldn’t be verified after you already linked your bank account and sent them additional verification. Absolute waste of time, Jennifer was good just doing her job but this place sucks

Ok well the whole reason I got this loan at this insane interest rate was because of the instant funding, now after signing all the papers I'm told that's non existent and I gave to wait 40 hours or longer for it to be reviewed... hoe can you makec loan offer and ask for signatures and then say oh btw will let you know in 2 days, smh
