Poor return policy experience
Update: After leaving a review, RMATV reached out to me and had me return the headlight so they could take a look and see if they could cover it under warranty. This was not offered initially when I spoke with someone over the phone. I have sent the bulb off to them as requested, will update again once there has been a resolution. Updating my review to 3 stars since customer service is trying to work with me. I purchased a headlight bulb for my TW200 from RMATV. On their website it shows as "Fits". So technically it does fit, but it doesn't orient properly in the housing. Instead of clocked straight up and down, it clocks at a 45 degree angle. This makes the beam pattern completely off, with lots of dark spots all throughout the beam. I contacted RMATV and I can't return it because I plugged it into the bike. It's new, the packaging is new, and it was plugged in for about a total of 30 seconds. That's a bulb that's unusable in the bike their site says it's compatible with and they won't accept the return. I wouldn't purchase from RMATV again based on their return policy.
