Do not trust this Airpaz app at all.
Hi, due to my urgency, I when down to the Airpaz office to hopefully they can confirm me the CA970 flight is cancelled. To my surprise the registration Airpaz address is not there n when I asked the lady they said is confidential!!!!!! I send a request for changing meal, they told me they can’t do and I have to Contact Air china for the change. So what is the point we paid Airpaz n get no support at all. Total issue I have for my trip is Over charging me for luggage’s Can’t change my meal n Best is the airline already cancelled My flight CA970 but Airpaz don’t know about it When asked for cancellation they declined me. But didn’t take any responsibility for the my flight cancellation or even help to change my flight. Theirs company is not in Singapore, they are base in Jakarta n Philippines so pls don’t use this Airpaz app even if the promotion or given attractive or cheaper deal. Don’t buy it cos they got too many hidden charges n irresponsible n not helpful at all. After u buy tickets from them u will regret it. That’s is my sharing for others not to go through what i went through I bought tickets on February n till now May I still haven’t get my problem solve. I just contacted them n they let me wait for an hours n end of the day my flight already cancelled but they still tell me my flight is on schedule. Luckily I screenshot all the conversation. If I missed my flight I will claim everything including of missing my flight, luggage’s, my time and all my schedule and things that I already paid for my whole trip for 14 days to small claims. Thy cut me off 4 times not letting me communicate to them. They mute me my time at their App n didn’t solve my flight issue. For my baggage claim if I never get it back n lead me to no choice I will make a police report against them. Pls help to share n encounter issue to many not to have the same mistake I have buying tickets with with very very lousy App I come across. Don’t get tricked by them n suffered like me. They can’t even do a special meal request for u like any others app like trip.com or Agoda .com n their customer service is suck. Never never trust them again. Waited for 1 hours with no solution.
