Bracelet quality okay , customer service is bad all the way
Finally I got the bracelet, the shipping this time honestly was spot on , since day one I always said bracelet quality is great ,but as long as they will fix their shipping method, everything shone good, I’ll increase my rating to 4 starts . Bracelet quality is good to be honest, customer service is below below expectations, I purchased 3 bracelets, it took almost 10 days to get , you guys probably using the cheapest USPS shipping, anyway I received the bracelet 1 of fits good and I had to exchange the other, since Jan 25th they been giving me the runner around , on the 25th they said they received the bracelet and they will do the exchange today which was 10 days ago , and still haven’t received any shipping information, so this means after 10 days they still haven’t shipped my bracelet, so I almost paid $100 for one bracelet so far , I’ll give you guys another couple of days then I will file a fraud claim. It’s so easy to take my money, in less than 30 seconds, it’s Almost a month now since I purchased the bracelet. After I give you 2 stars I went back and changed to 3 , my advice to you , your bracelet quality is good don’t ruin it by chosen the cheapest shipping and making your not happy.
