Irresistible Me sent me the wrong color. Yes, I opened it bit did not touch it because I could already see it was wrong. The policy they have in place is completely ridiculous. I didn't even want a refund, I asked for an exchange but because I opened it I cant have either. Im at a complete loss. This is terrible customer service. I ordered rooted blonde and received blonde with orange looking highlights. 😣
