Glitchy system(?) but very helpful and prompt support team
I had completed my verification and profile photo upload via the web portal but it apparently did not go through. Edelyn from the support team promptly reached out to me within a few hours of my registration to inform me about it and assisted me through the process of getting verified. Her replies were prompt and with her assistance, I completed it within minutes. She was helpful and polite throughout!
