BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE Read better business reviews before spending too much time or money with this company. I ordered 2 (expensive!) totes that I chose to personalize. When i placed my order, I immediately realized that I had made a mistake with one of them. I IMMEDIATELY (within one minute of order confirmation) realized this mistake. I reached out via email (my only option, I could not call…) to ask for a correction to my order. I received confirmation that my email request had been received and to “please not send additional messages” in order to not complicate matters. I waited for a response which I did not receive. I checked email a few times afterward to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. I assumed that they had corrected my order and would make it right. I just received my order and it is the original incorrect personalization. I immediately reached out to customer service asking for a solution and they basically said tough luck- no returns -exchanges refunds/ changes you’re out of luck. I explained my situation and was told, so sorry-not sorry. Ridiculous
