At first the QIDI Color Box wasn't working properly. I emailed Customer Service and they were able to walk me through all the problems and answer all my questions. They even sent videos of what to do and how to proceed. It appears very clear to me they are there to support their products fully. As well as kindly handling customers in a very courteous fashion.
