I purchased the Jennibag planning a trip to a one week cruise in Europe. I didn’t buy it and then run right out the door, but the first time I used it was on my trip. The zipper failed and the inside jewelry pocket ripped .Jennibag said it was past 60 days and I didn’t spend extra money on a lifetime warranty so there was no compensation or regrets on their part. This whole process of sending pictures to them of the failure and awaiting their response took nearly 6 weeks. Unacceptable.
