I placed my order and it came 3 WEEKS LATER! I ordered an HD lace and got a regular transparent lace wig. Wig was suppose to be pre plucked and it WAS NOT! Paid about $160 and first offered me $15 refund and later $35, to avoid a full refund. According to the emails they told me they don't pre pluck for ready to wear and returns are not easy as stated on their site. Still waiting on the return to reach and my full refund. Will update! On the other hand I shopped at Megalook and they are a much better option. Wig came as described. Emailed customer service the same day I received it, took pictures and sent and the person said " this hair looks brown are you sure you didn't switch the hair" all in an attempt to not accept fault.
