I initially had to return my wigs because the wigs were too small, and to make things more complicated, my package was damaged by US authorities during delivery. Throughout all of this, Hergivenhair was incredibly patient, supportive, and proactive. They replaced my wigs, custom‑made the alterations, and guided me through every step with genuine care. I later ran into another issue receiving my package, and once again the team went above and beyond to help me. When my wigs finally arrived, they were absolutely beautiful - very full, soft, and a perfect match to my natural texture. I’ve received nonstop compliments.
