Ninjavan - Dishonest and unfit as a courier
This company demonstrates complete operational incompetence and dishonesty. The app provides false tracking information that does not reflect reality. A wrong photo of the delivery address was uploaded, clearly not the buyer’s location yet it was used as “proof” of a delivery attempt. The courier then lied by claiming the buyer was unreachable. There were no calls, no messages, no door attempt. This is not a misunderstanding, it is a fabricated excuse entered into the system to cover up a failed delivery. A courier service is built on trust, accuracy, and accountability. Ninja Van has none of these. When tracking data is false and delivery records are fabricated, the entire service becomes unreliable and misleading to customers. This is not just poor service. it is systemic failure. Companies like this should not be entrusted with parcels and, frankly, are not fit to operate as a courier service. Worst experience ever.
