DailyLook’s Outstanding Customer Service Made Things Right
accidentally sent my DailyLook return to Stitch Fix. They confirmed they received it and said they would send it back to me, but I never got it. Around that time, I had surgery and wasn’t focused on the situation. Weeks later, I noticed a charge from DailyLook. When I contacted Stitch Fix, they told me they had donated my clothes and said it was DailyLook’s responsibility to refund me. After reaching out to both companies, DailyLook stepped in, listened, and made it right. I’m so grateful for DailyLook’s customer service.
