TRUST AND WILL has technical issues for me
I've come up against a snag that this company seems entirely unable to solve. I wanted to add a date (the year, 2026) to my trust, and their website was blocking this (no numeric characters allowed, for some reason). I requested a change and the next day they were able to add the date. Okay, fine, but I want to start working on the trust. The problem is, this web-based program will not let me proceed past the point where I have to name the trust and it still refuses to proceed past that place (no numeric characters). So, while I've paid them the $$ and have informed them of my dilemma, I am still stuck and unable to work on my trust. I will ask for a refund. Thank you Alex. Refund was done right away and very good follow-up. The technical issues were reported to the tech team there and, I assume, the issues will be resolved eventually. I've updated my review accordingly.
