Great help in upgrading my 12 year old alarm system myself.
We bought a house with an existing First Alert alarm system installed. It worked but we were afraid to make any modifications as it seemed very complicated and closed to DIYers. The installer no longer did residential and all local installers would only offer new systems with monitoring which we didn't want. We came across Alarm Grid via their videos and were able to modernize it and update some failing sensors ourselves. The support was top notch - we bought components to upgrade and they walked us through all the steps to implement - patient and knowledgeable.
