Amazing service for PC gaming, but customer support is overall lacking
Customer support is overall lacking, and somewhat disappointing. The service itself is fantastic and Steam is the best place to play PC games. They beat the competition by being honest and really just doing nothing to screw over the customer, while Sony/Playstation and Microsoft/Xbox burn down their own fortresses. Valve being a private company and not being pressured by shareholders is probably the best move they ever made and has likely been what has kept them afloat all these years. Let's hope that stays the case in the coming decades. 4/5 due to poor customer service and promoting gambling to teens and children.
