Ionie = Excellence in customer service!
Ionie = Excellence in customer service! I was caught in a strange situation with a purchase order that seemingly could not be fulfilled. Where others tried, Ionie came through and made the problem disappear! We're liking our wine cooler (now that we've recieved it), but what I truly loved was the support Ionie was able to provide. She's a gem!
