"Third Party" bogus tracking
They fulfilled my order via a "third party target plus vendor". The tracking number is bogus and invalid. And 10 days later, still no item. It was ordered on July 22 with an eta of 6/26-6/28. It is now August 2nd and they refuse to refund me until it has been more than 10 days that the package is untraceable. Their explanation is that the item is "already shipped". Oh yeah? Then what is the tracking number?? USPS confirms they are not in possession, no such label has been created, and the tracking number is not valid. Chatting with incompetent agents who refuse to help. Just keep telling me to check back in 4 more business days. I needed the item 11 days ago WHEN I ORDERED IT. You lost it, and you are refusing to acknowledge this. Regards, Target. I am done with you.
