Hidden fees.
Good service, worked well for what I needed it for but was charged a fee I had no idea about when I cancelled. I bought a student creative cloud subscription,had it for 4-5 months and was very happy with it, but didn't need it anymore. When I cancelled, however, I was charged a $100 early cancellation fee, which I had no idea about, and was very disappointed. For this reason, I would not recommend Adobe to anyone, nor am I planning on returning as a customer, because the hidden fees are unreasonable and well enough hidden to the point where I didn't know what I was signing up for.
