The packaging has changed and is…Not fitting right
The packaging has changed and is impossible to open without scissors which defeats the purpose of taking them on the go. Who has scissors in the car? Or if I need a new mask when I am out. Most important, the Wellbefore 3D KN95 Pro mask with adjustable ear loops no longer fit tight under my chin. They used to fit tight and now they don't. That is scary when a mask gaps. I am hoping that it's a bad batch, they are exchanging them, but I'm not hopeful. After years of searching for the right mask, I finally find it only to have it changed for some reason. I hope they fix the problem. I am not a easy fit for masks and they discontinued the ones I have been using forever and I was just starting to trust this mask.
