Garbage Customer service & Support. I was really excited to try this software, but I Booked a product demo three times on the website and all threee times no one showed up to the zoom meeting. I emailed the person that was supposed to be on the zoom meeting ( Mike richardson ) and never got a reply back. I went on the website to contact support, all they had was a chat bot, i described my issue and it said someone will reach out within 15 minutes. No one reached out! I tried again with the chatbot, it said someone will reach out within 3 hours, Suprise suprise, no one reached out again. I Wasted a bunch of time trying to give this company my business. Never again! I've done some research and there are few competitors doing similar things. I will be giving them a try.
