I am currently stuck at a hotel and no reservation
I am currently stuck at a hotel I have a booking for through billabook and they can't find my reservation. I've gotten no help from billabook. AVOID, it's a scam. EDIT: Despite what they have written below, I NEVER received a refund for this. I actually had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. I had to then go book another accommodations last minute as they absolutely refused help. I was stuck at my hotel at 2 in the morning with two small children with no assistance and then it turns out it was never booked by billabook and they did not refund me. Truly avoid at all costs. This is a scam company. EDIT 2: Never made a booking for me, never gave me a refund.
