Very happy with the Sauna but customer service needed some help. Poor communication on shipping thru the SHOP App. UPDATE: After visiting with Wes from the company who reached out to me after my initial review I changed my 3 stars to 5 because it happened to be over the holidays and shipping had a slight delay. I would suggest when purchasing a SAUNA from them reach out and speak with him or a customer service agent that can verbally tell you when you should expect it to show up. Do not use the SHOP App to track. My problem was with the APP and not the actual store. After a short holiday delay in shipping, i did receive the Sauna and after a few weeks of using it every night I am extremely happy.
