Ordered the 2-person corner unit sauna
Ordered the 2-person corner unit sauna. Quick shipping and everything came undamaged. Installation was easy, however, it would be nice if the panels were labeled with either a number or a letter which coincided with the picture in the instructions. So far, the only issue we are having is we are unable to connect to the Bluetooth stereo system.

Buying a Finnmark Infrared indoor sauna from Sun Valley Saunas was the best experience ever!! The sauna itself is 10/10 amazing and we use it literally every single day. And it is objectively beautiful. But Sun Valley Saunas exceeded expectations out of the gate. The team there is super responsive and managed expectations beautifully from start to finish, from working with the shipping company to securing a professional for the install to support beyond purchase. We’re very pleased with our new Finnmark FD-2 infrared sauna from Sun Valley Saunas. Ariana and Wes were very helpful and friendly during the order process and answering questions for us during setup. We love this 2 person sauna! I researched saunas and companies for a few months before placing my order.

Good place to buy
Overall very happy with Sun Valley. Sauna arrived as they said it would and they helped with minor shipping scuffs on parts of the sauna by responding quickly and sending stain.

Good infra red sauna
Good infra red sauna. My only complaint is that there should be a volume control inside the sauna - to adjust the volume, I must go outside and adjust it on my ipad.

Outdoor sauna
Yes, I ordered a sauna on the site and I ordered it back in April and no one told me that it was on backorder. I have been calling. I spoke to a girl the other day. She said it’s in transit they would get back with me. No one has gotten back with me. I have an Airbnb and I can’t rent my Airbnb out until I have my sauna. OK
