I looked all around the web at all the sauna options and when I connected with Sun Valley, my search came to a quick and satisfying end! The sauna showed up in about 10 days dropped off in front of my house. Its mostly pre-built and we just had to latch the panels together and it was done in about an hour. Just used it for the first time last night and it was fabulous!
Greaet experience from start to finish. from my initial questions, to ordering, delivery and my final assembly, I am thrilled with my Sauna and Heater. every touch point with Sun Valley Saunas was 5 stars.
So far I’m enjoying my sauna. The only drawback I have found is the length of time it takes to heat up to the desired temp. I have to turn it on and set it for at least 45 min prior to entering. Fortunately that’s the only drawback and overall I’m having an enjoyable experience. Sun Valley thus far seems like a great company to shop and I look forward to our continued long last relationship!

The traditional sauna is great. Easy to assemble and very nice. Gets very hot and feels great. Replaced my infared with this one. Very classic and well made.

Delivery was prompt and the serviceman deposited the pallet exactly where I wanted. The sauna itself was easy to assemble (it helped that my nephew had once worked at a place where he assembled saunas) and everything fit perfectly. Two weeks in I've used it six times and am satisfied with the warmup time and the ability to sustain the temperature.

I use my sauna 3-4 times a week. I kove the features! I'm giving 4 out of 5 for two reasons: 1. The Bluetooth works great, but there' sno volume control on the unit. So if I have it to loud, I have to step out to adjust. 2. I didn't receive an email when it was shipped or provided a tracking number. They attempted to deliver on a day we were out of town and we had to reschedule with delivery company. It was very easy for 2 of us to assemble in about an hour
