An excellent sauna sent quickly and without hassle.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is it took close to 2 weeks to ship and lack of communication along the way. I called and talked to someone who tracked down my order and gave me an update, so that was good. Overall a very good experience and would buy from them again.

Sun Valley was great to work with. Great communication and the sauna came well packaged. The Finnmark FD2 was easy to put together and works great.
Love the sauna, does everything I expected it to do. It is in my garage and I’m in Pennsylvania so right now my garage temp is around 65-70 degrees. It takes about 20-25 minutes to heat to 125. The only issue I had was with how long it took (30 days) from when I placed the order. The ready to ship 5-8 days was quite deceiving. I had to contact sun valley saunas directly a few times before they finally sent me tracking for the freight. More transparency on how long it takes would be appreciated upfront.
