First and foremost, when you call them, a human being answers the phone. They have wonderful customer service. The whole process from ordering to delivery was great. It shipped very fast. It arrived on time and with no damage. The sauna itself was an absolute breeze to put together. We use it regularly, and it was a great purchase. Thank you, Peak Saunas, for a great product and great customer service!

This was a good experience. We had a delivery delay but customer service was great on responding and keeping us informed. Delivery was as expected. Installation a little tricky in a few spots but nothing too complicated that we could not figure out. Product is as advertised. Works great and meets all our expectations. Spent allot of time researching which sauna to purchase and after extensive comparison selected the Peak. So glad we did. Works great and delivers beyond expectation. Five stars!!!!
All I can say is Peak was far above expectations. I have been considering purchasing a sauna for the past few months, something kept me from pulling the trigger.Peak was able to address all of my concerns. I felt that Peak would be their for me should I have any issues.Peak gave me the assurance that I needed to make the purchase.
It was easy to put together. I live every second of using it. Wonderful product, great customer service. I strongly recommend it.
I haven't even used my sauna yet. Just got it built. New construction. Still waiting on power. The reason for the 5 star is the customer service has been awesome. The first time we opened the box to put it together the glass in the front door was shattered. Know for sure it didn't happen here because I received delivery and it sat on my back porch under cover for at least 2 months until I got the room ready. I thought for sure since it had been so long since delivery and I didn't check it immediately like you asked me to that you would give me a hard time to replace it. You guys didn't hesitate, jumped right on it, no questions asked. Caleb had a total replacement headed my way the very next day. The new one arrived a week later with no damage and I couldn't be more pleased. Now if it works can't wait to get in it. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome and I will recommend your company. I love my peak sauna. I use it almost every day. It has really helped me with muscle soreness. It doesnt take long to heat up and I always have sweat running off of me when I am done. I could not be happier.
Great sauna. I love it overall. Deducting 1 star for marketing info and cosmetic damage that they (Peak) tried to pass off as acceptable. The spa says it comes with ‘Chromotherapy’. That consists of a color changing LED light strip OUTSIDE of the sauna. Also, I had some pretty good damage to my front panel, as well as weird issues with the stain and overall finish. Looks like crap. After some push back, they will be replacing the front panel. I use the sauna every morning and love it. What a great way to start the day.
Purchasing a sauna from Peak Saunas has been a great experience (apart from the long wait to get the unit). Caleb from customer service was an incredible resource. He provided support throughout the entire process, including the construction phase when I ran into a small snag with the door assembly. The sauna quality is better than expected. A friend who has a Sunlighten Sauna was over yesterday to see my 2-person Patagonia outdoor sauna and he was blown away with the quality compared to his unit. He said mine was a considerable upgrade. Both my wife an I have been using the sauna regularly and simply love it. I am 69 years old and it makes me feel fantastic. My joint pain is noticeably improved as well as my sleep quality. I love the red light therapy panel and hope regular usage will also help my skin as well as continue to help with joint pain. The ability to stream audio makes the experience really enjoyable. Just sitting in there for 25-30 minutes listening to podcasts or music makes you not even want to leave! One final word, the post sale Peak Wellness program is such a great idea and truly bonds you to the brand and the community of sauna users, they even have an onboarding program to get you into the swing of things. I purchased the Crown sauna specifically because it was “plug and play “. It keeps tripping the circuit breaker. The support team has been slow in getting this resolved and only communicating via email. It has been 2.5 weeks and the sauna is of no use.

Shipping was great. However, I little more guidance on unpacking and assembly would have been great. Had to look at a couple of different videos to find the correct one.

The communication from order to delivery was consistent and great. The unit was delivered in good condition and using YouTube videos was very easy to assemble. It works great and we have enjoyed the first 2 weeks of ownership and use.

Peak Saunas has excellent customer support. Giving 4 stars for the following reasons: lead time on order was longer than advised/expected, directions were vague and one red light panel did not come with correct length electrical cord. That being said, Peak addressed all my concerns and I am very happy with my purchase overall.
