I recently purchased a Pinnacle 3-person sauna from Peak Saunas. I was having my main bathroom remodeled and wanted to incorporate a sauna as part of the plan. I examined a number of saunas and found that Peak Saunas was the most helpful in providing the detailed information needed for planning purposes. They were also most helpful in arranging for the sauna to be shipped to my bathroom remodeling contractor to be held until the bathroom was prepared to accept it.
When the time arrived for the sauna to be installed, my contractor and I were impressed by the efficiency of the design and the "plug and play" aspects that made assembly and checkout easy and straightforward. Everything worked at start up including the high-quality Bluetooth sound system. Also, I have integrated a Sauna Pro red light therapy panel into the sauna, and it fits in and works well.
Finally, I have been very impressed with the Customer Support provided by Peak Saunas. Rebecca the product support agent I have worked with has been great. She has helped with shipping arrangements, detailed planning information, warranty questions and many other details. Overall, I have been pleased with the overall process and recommend Peak Saunas to anyone looking for an excellent product and great service.

Fantastic communication. Quick reply’s and very knowledgeable. I love my Shasta! The red light therapy is so powerful and extremely effective. I have a scar from a recent surgery and it’s faded drastically after only 2 uses of the red light and sauna!

Our sauna came well packed in a large crate. After unloading and preparing the area two of us were able to put it together in about an hour. The directions were pretty clear other than when and where to use screws and nails. A few questions were quickly answered through a Facebook chat. The office is super friendly and knowledgeable by the way. Once plugged in we immediately started using. It works like a dream! The two person heats up quickly and the Wi-Fi is key to get it going early. If definitely one of the best purchases we have made.

Would recommend!
After searching for a sauna for over a year, I finally decided on Peak. I’ll admit I was a little nervous since it’s a brand-new model, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality you get for the price is unbeatable, and the extra-large medical grade feature is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the customer service has been a true 10/10—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. As a bonus, they even included an essential oils diffuser, which was such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the whole experience.

I’ve wanted a sauna for forever and…
I’ve wanted a sauna for forever and finally pulled the trigger and I couldn’t be happier! I went for the Everest, it fit my space perfectly but it still feels pretty roomy.

Love the sauna, but there were a couple of scrapes and blemishes on the wood. Not bad enough to return though. Heats up fast and is very sturdy.

The sauna came in a nice solid box. Easy to open, all the pieces were labeled and the sauna was easy to put together. Very quality material.
Also customer service was very helpful when I called to inquire about a couple questions before I purchased the sauna.

Chromotherepy not working and have submitted multiple videos to reseller and manufacturer.
Yes it was finally addressed. I had been asking for a zoom meeting for a week. In fact one response from your company implied I was too stupid to operate the sauna. In addition your firm needs to standardize terms. When I finally figured out that the Light bulb button” was the red light button and correctly named the chrome therapy button. It was easy from there. Your written instructions need to be much more concise .

To clarify, our management team, technical support, and the manufacturer each provided step-by-step instructions for operating the chromotherapy lighting system via phone, text, and email. You requested a replacement part; after reviewing the videos you submitted, it was clear the system wasn’t being operated according to the instructions, so a replacement was not warranted.
We then scheduled a Zoom session and resolved the issue in under 10 minutes, with the lighting functioning as designed. We pride ourselves on our customer support and do everything we can to help, but we can only do so much when a system isn’t being operated as intended. We apologize for the inconvenience and stand by the efforts our team made to assist.

Can’t find my notes, but I spoke to both a young lady and man who were very helpful and that’s why I purchased your sauna. Everything that said would happen did…..with one exception. No way you can put the sauna together in 30min. It’s much closer to and hour and a half. I would highly recommend Peak as your sauna source.

Go with Peak for your sauna
From purchase to delivery everything was smooth and personal. Had a representative call me in the buying process to answer all of my questions. Then gave me a few free gifts if I purchased. All of my questions were returned immediately and made me feel comfortable with purchase. I had looked into other companies that sold the same exact unit . I could have gone with another company for cheaper and so glad I did not. Most companies delivery were out at least 6 weeks. I received mine in 10 days and that was over July 4 holiday in the middle. I got updated on location of sauna and was called by shipping company for delivery. Arrived on time . I worried that company would leave only at curb but driver pushed up driveway and placed in my garage. The packing was great and nothing damaged. I was so worried about installation as I’m not the handiest of persons. Unpacking took about an hour. Actual time to put together was about 3 hrs. About 4 hrs total. I had a few minor questions that Peak answered ASAP. Peak customer service is just incredible . Always happy to help. I had electrition scheduled a few days later to wire and do 220 line. My entire family is enjoying this sauna . It is used daily. Heats up to 193 degrees in 25 min. Go with Peak!

This company is WoW
This company is WoW, no kidding. I thought I was good responding to customers before I retired from the county but this company is great, super, super fast response, patients, nice, helpful, they actually kept me from making wrong choices regardless of sales or commission. The Sauna it’s also great, just like described and pictures.
