Customer service
I posted this on their website, but gotta post it here also. I just bought our sauna. Ill update after we use it. As a physician, I researched plenty. While i dont throw away money, cost wasn't the major factor. I want what suits my needs with good people behind the product. Other companies were good, but the rep was like used care salesmen or communication was distant...all about money and the sale. The few interactions I had turned me off. I didn't care what their product was. At most it would be equal anyway. While cost wasn't a driving factor, this sauna "checked" every box and more of even more expensive models. The panel is large, multispectrum and the sauna has more room than others ( from research, again haven't used it yet). That brings me to the subject of this post. The entire time I was researching, while other companies were sending canned emails and responses, Danielle was texting me. We must have had a 100+ texts... She wasn't pushy a single time. All she did was patiently provide answers to the questions I asked. She actually cared. In the end, that was definitely the difference. Even if all saunas were equal, that is the type of person and business I want to work with. That's what people want in their doctor. That's who I try to be. That is the only type of people I buy from or do business with. I don't leave reviews often. However when the interaction is exceptional, ill take the time to leave one. People take the time to complain. They less often do to compliment.. Ill update once I use the sauna, but given both my research and interaction so far I suspect it'll o be awesome

There are so many sauna companies that I was overwhelmed doing research. And it’s the reason I’m writing a review because I don’t always do this.
The warranty, reviews about amazing support, and the high quality of the Peak Everest components helped me make the choice and my family is so glad we did. A sauna has a lot to it - not just putting it together, but using and maintaining it too. The support from folks like Rebecca is literally the best support I’ve ever received for any product I’ve ever purchased. I’ve asked numerous detailed questions and her answers have been fast and super comprehensive. The unit is super solid. Very happy thank you!

Amazing product
Amazing product - Extremely happy with our Peak Olympus Sauna. This is a high quality products and I am very happy with the quality and build; I have reached temperatures close to 165 degrees in this Sauna!

What a great experience
What a great experience! Peak Saunas customer service is in a class of its own. Very prompt customer service
Very prompt customer service! The Cordoba two person, full spectrum is absolutely the best purchase I’ve made for our home in years. I am thoroughly enjoying the therapeutic benefits following workouts. There was a problem with the Bluetooth speakers connecting and after a consultation with the Peak representative, the manufacturer sent a new control panel within a week, that was an easy change out and now everything is working perfectly. Top notch customer support from peak saunas!! Every question was answered through a text which made it super convenient for me as questions popped up throughout the process. I have always wanted a sauna. I didn’t know how to go about getting one installed in my home. I thought you had to have major renovations but not with the Peak saunas. It comes in a big wooden container and basically 4 walls. I couldn’t do it myself so I hired a handyman and in a couple of hours it was plugged into a regular outlet and ready to go. I was amazed it was so easy. The process is so simple; why didn’t I do this years ago. Don’t wait the benefits are easy sleep and major relation.

Staff were awesome throughout the sales process.
Would recommend the option to chat with a rep the day the sauna is unboxed. Would alleviate future questions.
Or maybe a CBT on using the sauna for the first time.
Clearly label the additional power cord that goes with the red light therapy.
Finally, I would get a different for the call service. The voice sounds like what you get during SPAM phone calls

We have had our sauna for a couple…
We have had our sauna for a couple weeks now and love it. Everything was so smooth, from the ordering, the delivery and the installation.
One comment, all these saunas are marketed as two people saunas. Not just here but everywhere. I can’t image sitting in there with another person.
We bought the two person so it would be comfy for one person.
