Great Sauna! We purchased the Dynamic Santiago 2 Person Full Spectrum Sauna and set it up in our garage. The shipment was timely, the sauna was easy to put together, and it works fantastically. It easily reached the 151 degree max temp in about thirty minutes and does a great job at holding it. No issues so far after weeks of use and the speaker is a nice touch.
I have tried to communicate with you multiple times. The order was delayed by more than a month and no information provided.
The order came without assembly instructions and any other reference in terms of maintenance of the product.

According to the carrier your sauna was delivered almost a month ago after you placed your order on June 30. Happy to provide details I have from the carrier.

I like the heater but the mounting brackets were bent. I called and they just told me to bend them back. I told they were bent and not just that simple to bend the back. Still don't have replacement brackets as promised. I got an email said to just bend them. The are collapsed and need to be hammered into shape and I don't have the tools to do it. It's a $1000 heater and I don't think I should have to fix the brackets so I can mount it. Been 3 weeks now without able to finish the sanau.

They were on sale. Ordering was easy. I received item a day sooner than expected. The rocks were perfect for my sauna tent. They were mostly mid to larger size of sizing with some smaller ones. Take awhile to heat up and retain heat over at least 20 minutes or longer when done. I have extras for a change out in the future.
The lady I worked with was awesome, unfortunately I can not remember her name. She was very helpful in making my decision for what kind of a sauna to get for our house. She even went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the updated version with the touch control pad. I loved working with her.

Tom - you ordered a sauna that was out of stock. The product page stated that it was out of stock and we called you and confirmed you were ok with the long wait when you placed your order. You said you were ok with it. Feel free to give me a call to discuss if there's anything else we didn't do that we should have.
Ended up not using them. The color was grey which is different from my sauna rocks. There was a lot of very large rocks and would not fit into my drop I needed small ones to fill gaps and were not even in the size range in the description. After several rinses the rocks still produced dust.

Andrea - looks like you aren't happy with the sauna stones you purchased from us. They are the Huum stones that you purchased. I'm sorry they didn't work out for you. I'll give you a full refund on this order.
Delivery was 2 months delayed. (We did not know it at the time we placed the order that the unit was on back order. No representative told us that.) One of the heat lamps was not functioning. A replacement lamp has been requested and delivered but we have not yet installed the new lamp.)

Joe - The Dynamic Saunas Lugano you purchased was out of stock when you bought it. It stated that on the product page and we confirmed that with you over the phone when you purchased the sauna. You told us you were ok with it.
I'm not seeing any communication from you regarding the heater malfunctioning. Please give us a call and we will get it working or send out a new heater.
