Eric was a phenomenal help on catering to what we needed and being super helpful finding what would work for us and our space. We had a tricky space we needed to fit everything in and Eric went above and beyond to help find something that worked, contacting the manufacturer and helping us land on a great solution. Very easy buying experience and support…
Very easy buying experience and support after installation. The team was able to help me chose a sauna (CL3G) and heater combo. They also helped me find an electrician to do the hookup in the LA area. After I installed everything they also helped with some electrical issues that were solved very easily. Highly recommend working with this company. Delivery was done in 7 days after the order and everything was packed nicely.

I love the design, look and experience of my CL5G Outdoor sauna. It was a little challenging to put together and required a skilled electrician. But the benefits far outweigh the cost! Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered the wrong type sauna heater and had to return it. Their customer service through the whole process was outstanding. I worked with EZ to get my return processed and he consistently communicated with me to make it an effortless issue. Will definitely use again . Great Company !

Sauna heater drip pan
Item came in a timely manner, but arrived with a small pencil eraser size missing paint spot on inside of sauna heater drip pan. krizza helped me with the issue by issuing a partial refund. I am happy with Krizza’s customer service and communication.

The entire process has been top notch. I wish all businesses operated as professionally and addressed questions and concerns as well as Sauna Kits. My expected delivery was 3 months but they alerted me they had access to some inventory which I quickly accepted. Krizza from Customer Service monitored the delivery and quickly addressed a couple of setup issues i ran into. Her responsive help got our Sauna up and running quickly and I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with her, Sauna Kits, and our new sauna. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
