I needed a simple replacement part and Ez Glorioso made my experience simple and painless, following up multiple times throughout the process to be sure I was taken care of. Very impressive and I'm sharing these Ez's emails with the team working for me, as an example of excellence.
Order process was easy and the team was incredibly knowledgeable! Once the order was complete, the team kept me fully informed as to shipping date and arrival. The LTL carrier had a tracking tool which allowed me to follow the shipment and schedule a delivery day. During this their customer support person Ez was incredibly supportive and friendly, with great support on how to receive the delivery and check for damage etc… Whole process was very good and super helpful!
One of the heating elements in the Harvia Virta heater I purchased stopped working within a few months. Krizza and the SaunaKits team were patient and helpful, walking me through possible root causes. Once we found the root cause, they shared instructions for how to fix it. Turned out to be a mistake by the electrician during the initial installation, but was easy to fix.
Eric did a great job in assisting me with my sauna purchase and accessories, very happy with the process and looking forward to receiving my sauna in the next couple weeks!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I spent weeks researching outdoor saunas for a mountain property at nearly 9,000 ft elevation — not a straightforward project — and John at SaunaKits was genuinely the most knowledgeable person I spoke with throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand the specific requirements (altitude, capacity, sightlines, heater sizing) and guided me to the right unit without ever feeling like I was being upsold. The SaunaLife CL7G exceeded expectations. Full glass front, two opposing benches with real 6-person capacity, over 7 feet of headroom — everything as described. Shipping was well-organized and the assembly was straightforward enough for our GC to handle in a couple of days. If you're looking for a vendor who actually knows their product and will take the time to get the spec right for your situation, SaunaKits is the one. Highly recommend.
I had a steam generator thar needed a controller. I was able to call them and get a person (Eric) right away. He answered questions, got me a quote and was very responsive.
Customer service was great but my shipment was late. They did a great job of communicating about the shipment, etc.
Matthew Adriano was fantastic to work with as I explored and honed in on the right electric sauna stove for my planned needs. Unfortunately, I have had to put the project on hold for now, but throughout the exchanges I had with Matthew he was extremely helpful and informative; patient with all my questions and learning. I could not have asked for a better person to help me identify the right stove. I am most appreciative.
We are VERY happy with our 3-person Cube outdoor Sauna! John and his team were very patient and helped us decide which product would be best for our needs and they were right. John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from purchase to build. Shout out to EZ Glorioso who was on top of every question we sent over. She went above and beyond even helping us with care and maintenance of our sauna. We use our sauna several times a week.
The best way to describe my experience with SaunaKits would be: Seamless and Satisfying. From the moment that I started searching for Saunas on the internet I found SaunaKits to stand out above the competition. Their website was easy to navigate and extremely informative. Their on-line chat worked easily and without any pressure or sales tactics. Once my initial inquiry and order was placed, I was guided through the details by their on-line staff and further by an actual phone conversation. All along the way they were helpful and informative without being pushy. However, they shined the most after my initial order was finalized. One of their staff, named Krizza contacted me to make sure I did not have any additional questions. I talked with him about my concerns on delivery (I live on a remote mountain road with gated access and deliveries can be a slight challenge). He noted my concerns and issues and followed up with me multiple times all along the way to insure that my order was handled correctly and delivered in a manner that allowed everything to flow seamlessly. In the end, I was super impressed with their care and concern, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Sauna.

Purchased in Dec 2025, Ordering process was easy and they were very competitive. 1 of the two pallets arrive mid-Jan, took another 6 weeks to get the items lost in shipment replaced and delivered. Second shipment was 2/3 correct and had to go back and forth with follow ups and pictures for their factory (aka the distributor in IL.). Finally received all components in Mar and set up the sauna and heater, lights etc. Our Christmas present to ourselves ended up being a great Mothers Day present BUT we do the the sauna and heater purchased. Just did care for the distributor that they use to ship after the purchase. Purchased SaunaLife 4 person with the HUMUM Drop 7. All works great.

A lost pallet, a six-week wait for replacements, and an incomplete second shipment are not the experience we want any customer to have.
